These terms describe the basis on which you may use Phiqo, buy credits, and rely on the outputs returned by the service.

Product scope

Phiqo provides renovation-planning software for UK homes. The service can analyse user-supplied room, floor-plan, and property information and return indicative planning outputs such as redesign ideas, spend ranges, market framing, and other supporting content.

Phiqo is a planning and decision-support product. It is not a substitute for a chartered surveyor, architect, structural engineer, planning consultant, solicitor, contractor, or regulated financial adviser.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate and lawful to use. You must not upload content you do not have the right to provide.

Credits and billing

Where paid features or credits are offered:

  • a single-room submission may be offered without charge where the product says so
  • multi-room property submissions may require one or more paid credits
  • when credits are purchased, the checkout flow and billing records determine the number of credits available to your account
  • unless Phiqo says otherwise, a credit is consumed when the relevant paid analysis is unlocked or processed

If a checkout fails, is cancelled, or is later reversed, Phiqo may withhold or remove the related entitlement.

AI-generated outputs

Phiqo uses automated systems to generate outputs. Those outputs are indicative and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for reviewing the result and taking independent professional advice before spending significant money, instructing works, making legal decisions, or relying on planning assumptions.

Examples, estimates, redesign imagery, value-uplift framing, and permitted-development guidance should be treated as informational outputs rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • attempt to interfere with the service or bypass billing rules
  • upload malicious files, infringing content, or personal data you are not allowed to share
  • copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the service beyond what applicable law clearly permits

Phiqo may suspend or limit access where misuse, security risk, or non-payment is reasonably suspected.

Availability and changes

Phiqo may update features, providers, pricing, or output shapes over time. The service is provided on an evolving basis and may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, failures, or third-party outages.

Intellectual property

Phiqo and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding, and non-user content. You retain rights in content you upload, but you grant Phiqo the permissions needed to host, process, and analyse it in order to operate the service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phiqo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost opportunity, or losses arising from reliance on indicative planning outputs without suitable independent verification.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Phiqo may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, misuse prevention, or material breach of these terms.

Governing law

Unless mandatory local law says otherwise, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
